Drop into the Katonah Museum of Art’s Learning Center on select school vacation days from 10:00AM to 3:00PM for creative photography-inspired projects. Looking for creative activities for kids on school holidays and half days? Photography is the theme of this season’s school vacation programs. From building pinhole cameras and designing picture frames to photo collaging and scrapbooking, each date will excite young guests with unique photography-inspired projects.
Children: $5 Members, $8 Non-Members. Adults: Regular admission.

Tuesday, April 11: Fantastic Photomontage
Create imaginative works of art by mixing assorted found images and photographs.
Wednesday, April 12: Creative Frames
Design your own picture frame for that favorite photo! Decoupage a variety papers and images to create a one-of-a-kind frame.
Thursday, April 13: Handmade Scrapbook
Learn a special bookmaking technique to make your own photo scrapbook. Decorate and add special designs to each page.
Friday, April 14, Camera Construction
Build your own toy camera using cardboard and other materials. Then practice being a photographer snapping pictures.
