I loved this article from the Smarter Living section of the Times. It’s called: How Not to Let Your Phone Ruin Your Vacation. The story helps you strategize how to create goals for phone use on vacations; this is particularly useful for whichever spouse is most addicted to their smartphone.
It also made me think of another great article I read in the Times recently: How to Make This the Summer of Missing Out. In it, the author encourages people to embrace JOMO (the joy of missing out). I love what she says about assessing your digital diet and how to focus your time better.
Hope you’re having a great summer, everyone!
