Whenever I can’t get to yoga or it’s too cold to run, I started doing this free cardio pilates video on a mat on my living room floor. It’s produced by PopSugar Fitness, an editorial lifestyle site based in San Francisco, and they’ve invested quite a bit in their online workout series; check out all of them on YouTube. The video I love is led by Burn Pilates founder Lisa Corsello, it’s 45 minutes, and there are so many squats, it has you crying by the end. Their motto is “pilates+weights+cardio. Work every muscle every way.”
Yep, it’s a killer.
